Site Building Services Limited was incorporated in March 2023 and is registered in England & Wales under company number 14756635, with its office in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Our registered activity is the construction of domestic buildings, and that remains the core of what we do — supported by the civils, fit-out and M&E capability those projects depend on.
We work with private clients, developers and commercial occupiers across Buckinghamshire and the wider South East. Some hand us a single package. Others hand us the whole job. Either way the coordination stays our problem.

Contracts Manager
Owns the commercial position: scope, variations, valuations and the paperwork trail.
Project Manager
Owns the programme: sequencing, procurement, inspections and the weekly report.
Site Supervisor
Owns the site: daily coordination, safety, quality of workmanship and welfare.
Quality & Handover
Owns the finish: snagging, certification, O&M documents and the defects period.

We work out of High Wycombe and take on projects across Buckinghamshire and the wider South East. If you are outside that area, ask anyway — for the right project we travel.
From a single structural opening to multi-plot residential schemes. The process is the same either way, scaled to the job.
Yes. Public liability, employers liability and contract works cover are all in place, and certificates are issued with every quotation. Replace this answer with your actual cover levels before publishing.
We do. Inspections are booked against the programme rather than after it, and we coordinate sign-off with Building Control directly.
